Moderate Exercise May Boost Your Immunity

While a sedentary person may contract a cold 2 – 3 times per year, those who include moderate exercise reduce their incidences of becoming ill.  This study also reports, though, that excessive exercise–such as marathon runners–may reduce immune function.  So, include moderate exercise but don’t overdo it!  Read more here.
