Exercise to help prevent Alzheimer’s

This is a great study which assesses the impact of exercise on the development of amyloid plaques–these destructive plaques form as part of the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.  Significant changes were noted with just 30 minutes of exercise five days per week in those that carry the APOE-e4 gene.  And, regardless, exercise is just good for us!!  More information here.
