New study has linked even dim lighting while sleeping to increased risk of depression. If you suffer from depression or low mood, try turning off your TV and night-lights when you sleep at night. Wouldn’t that be a wonderful resolution!

Research is proving what we suspect: that there IS such a thing as too clean! A recent article in Science Express reports that mice raised germ-free had abnormalities in there immune response.
