Yes, it is being found that JUST ONE can of soda increases the risk of diabetes. Please, stick to water and herbal teas with dilute juice as an occasional treat.

Vitamin D and Fibroids
New research is linking low (very low, I might add) Vitamin D levels with increased risk of uterine fibroids. Currently, optimal serum levels are approximately 60 ng/mL, and I recommend testing for most patients prior to supplementation since excessive Vitamin D levels may be associated with bone degeneration.
