I’ve prescribed this beautiful herb primarily to reduce muscle spasms and to assist in sleep. Keep in mind that about 25% of us do not contain the enzyme to convert the active ingredient into a “sleep aid” and then it will keep us awake (you will need to try this only once to learn if this applies to you!).
