I just love when I can post some fun news!! For you chocolate lovers, please note that chocolate seems to improve memory! Do make sure that you are eating a high quality cocoa (Hershey’s kisses will not do). My current favorite is Green and Black’s 85% Dark. Yummy!!
Good News in the Treatment of Autism
There is promising news in the treatment of autism–an extract from broccoli sprouts seems to improve social interactions in children with autism. Certainly include broccoli sprouts in the diet–the chemical (sulforaphane) has also been shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers.
