Exercise–To Reduce Physical and Mental Decline After Menopause

Or, maybe the title should simply read “Exercise”! Over and over research results are confirming the benefits of exercise. There is simply no substitute. So, I’ll keep posting the latest “news” about exercise, hoping that it keeps you motivated or gets you motivated! 🙂 Let’s face it, exercise is often the last things on our minds after a long day; or difficult to continue when we don’t see the results we want; or . . . pick a reason. But the fact is, exercise benefits our bodies and minds even if we can’t “see” it. Let’s get moving–at least 30 minutes/day for 5 days/week! Read more here.
