Morning Exercise–May Help Curb Appetite
For those of us trying to lose weight, changing our exercise routine from the end of the day to the beginning of the day may help. This research noted reduced appetites in those who completed their work-outs first thing in the morning. Worth a try!
Benefits of Coffee
There seems to be an increasing amount of evidence for the health benefits of coffee. In this report, coffee is shown to reduce pain. It’s interesting that they consider this a new finding–over-the-counter medications such as Excedrin have know this for years.
Bacteria and Obesity
Researchers have found a link between bacteria and obesity. Certainly, diet and exercise are key, but this research may open more doors for the treatment of obesity.

Another study (albeit in rats) shows that exercise increases testosterone which then increases the number of brain cells!! So, let’s get moving and save our brains!!! 🙂
Another Caution with Alcohol Consumption
Please limit your alcohol content–research is showing an increased risk of an early stroke with heavy drinking. Change to a non-alcoholic version–this might help your blood pressure, too!!
