Research is showing that regular exercise may delay the effects of aging in diabetics. My guess is that this is likely true for all of us! Let’s get moving!!!

Good News–Eat Your Broccoli!
Now for some good news–this story lists some of the benefits of broccoli! Some of my favorite ways of munching on broccoli: stir-fry with coconut milk and curry (add fish, too!), raw with hummus, roasted with root veggies (particularly great in winter!!). So, eat up!!
