Sugar is Linked to Heart Disease

New research reported in JAMA implicates sugar consumption with heart disease. Just another one of many reasons to avoid refined sugar. The best “sweets” for us are fruit in moderation. Very small amounts of honey, maple syrup may be used as a treat. Stevia is another option.
