Good News–Eat Your Broccoli!
Now for some good news–this story lists some of the benefits of broccoli! Some of my favorite ways of munching on broccoli: stir-fry with coconut milk and curry (add fish, too!), raw with hummus, roasted with root veggies (particularly great in winter!!). So, eat up!!
