Here is yet another article summarizing the impacts of our diet and lifestyle choices.  What we eat DOES make a difference–eat a diet which contains mostly VEGETABLES and INCLUDES healthy naturally-raised meats/poultry/fish, fruit, seeds, and nuts.  Note–grains are not on my list of recommended foods–use them as treats only.
