Research is proving what has been clinically seen: that the use of probiotics reduces the risk of diarrhea. This particular report summarizes the effect of probiotics with use of antibiotics.

1. If you have an illness or infection, consult with your naturopathic physician since there may be many effective non-antibiotic treatment options.
2. If you do need antibiotics, include high-quality probiotics appropriately–again, consult your naturopathic physician
3. Including daily probiotics may help reduce your risk of colds and flus this season.
