It’s been a while since I’ve reported any recipes so I thought I’d share my breakfast idea with you. My house was rather cool (OK, “cold”) when I arose this morning. I started sauteing veggies (as usual) but today added fresh ginger. Delicious and nutritious AND warming!! Give it a try: mushrooms, broccoli slaw with carrots, cabbage, spinach, and chopped ginger root sauteed in olive oil. An egg on the side and you’re set!
