Enhance Fertility with Sleep

This is a very interesting article on the benefits of stable sleep patterns for fertility.  The study demonstrated that mice who maintained a constant sleep pattern were most likely to carry there pregnancies to term.  The change in sleep patterns effected early pregnancy in particular.  We do not know if these results will translate directly to humans, but if a woman is having difficulty conceiving or carrying a pregnancy, she may want to improve her sleep patterns.
