Stress reduction may help reduce chronic pain.

Unfortunately, there is a “feed-forward” path to chronic pain:  when we are in pain, hormones are released which make the brain more sensitive to pain.  In many cases, supplements and even pharmaceuticals are not enough.  Try relaxation techniques–the goal being to relax the body and reduce the level of stress hormones.  Quiet meditation, listening to music, and gentle exercise may help.  Read more here.
