Changing Baby Poop

The pH of baby poop has been changing since the 1920’s with “acceleration” of this change in the 1980’s. I suspect that increased carbohydrate and packaged/processed foods by nursing mothers is at least contributory, but more research is needed. That being said, a whole (real) food diet consisting primarily of vegetables (especially leafy greens), plus fruit, healthfully raised meats, and healthy fats is optimal over packaged and processed foods, period.
