Preparing for a Healthy Thanksgiving meal!

Most of us look forward to a special Thanksgiving meal with family and friends.  From roasted turkey, harvest vegetables, and maybe even some pecan pie–all while enjoying time with loved ones which, at my house, tends to be a combination of peacefulness as well as chaos 🙂  .  While I recommend and try to serve organic foods as much as possible, sometimes it is either impossible to find needed ingredients “organic” or it is too expensive for the budget.  To help you with your grocery choices, click here for Environmental Working Group’s list of some of the “cleanest” produce (and “dirtiest” produce) you can find at your grocery.  Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!!
