I agree with these ways to improve focus–healthy protein (preferably in your diet), essential fatty acids (cod liver oil is my favorite), and lots of leafy greens. I also recommend testing for food intolerances which can be huge triggers. And avoiding sugar is a must–yes, that includes artificial sweeteners as well. Sometimes honey or maple syrup is tolerated for a sweet treat. Exercise is also shown to help improve brainn health. There are also specific supplements that can help depending upon individual needs.
