This is such a loaded topic: how do we lovingly and truthfully guide our children toward healthy choices regarding nutrition and exercise without fostering a “good” or “bad” body image. Creating fun opportunities for them to participate in meal planning and food preparation can be helpful. But my favorite recommendation of this author is to “answer a question with a question”–you’ll have to read the article to learn what I mean 😉 Please read–for the health of our children 🙂
