Allergy season is upon us. The good news is that there are things you can do to reduce your reactivity. One of my favorites is to start taking nettles (tincture or tea or capusles), ideally starting in January but they can help later, too. Vit. C and quercetin also also invaluable. Avoiding your food intolerances is key–they can be easily identified using a finger-stick test. And, of course, remember nasal lavage with sterile saline. Read more here.
