While I know that anti-depressants can be life-saving for some people and I do prescribe them, this information is a little disturbing. It is a good reminder that we try to make as many life-changes as possible, support healthy nutrition, exercise, and trial homeopathy and/or botanicals. And use pharmaceuticals when needed. I’ve found that nutrition and exercise are key–for our overall good health, we need to be eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy fats, and healthfully-raised meats PLUS “move” everyday! 🙂
