This is a fun and interesting historical article on our need to consume vitamins–not necessarily the pill form, but those that are in our food and why we need them. I wish we all could get all our nutrient needs in foods alone (they’ve become depleted of nutrients) so sometimes supplementation is very necessary. But, read on, for some interesting history!
