Reduce Food Allergy Development In Children With Whole Food

Encouraging news! Introduction of vegetables and fruits with avoidance of packaged/processed foods has been shown to reduce the risk of developing food allergies later. As a naturopathic physician, I recommend introduction first of veggies, then fruits, then fats and proteins. Foods may be customized per individual patient needs, of course.
