Another Weight Loss Tip

Eating after dinner is implicated in weight gain.  The answer–avoid eating after dark!  One caveat to this is for those with hypoglycemia–a few bites of a quality protein or fat can help prevent hypoglycemic reactions during the night and improve sleep, too.  Examples include 10 almonds, several bites of chicken, a few bites of cheese (if tolerant to dairy).  Here’s a recent article.
