Now is a GREAT time to create your own homemade soups with leftover broths from your Thanksgiving dinner. Make a large batch and freeze in glass containers (suitable for freezing, of course!) for future meals. I like to put mine in individually-sized containers for yummy and nutritious homemade lunches at work. Watch for recipes under the “Recipes” tab.
