Just more information revealing the increased risk of cancer with increased sugar intake. Stick to a diet primarily of veggies and greens, fruit, and limited healthfully-raised meats/meat products.
Most of us are at least aware of the dangers of BPA to our health. Many companies are therefore touting non-BPA plastics–HOWEVER, these typically contain other xenobiotics (endocrine disruptors) that are just as detrimental to our health. the attached article has great hints on how to reduce exposure.
Research continues to support that processed meats are carcinogenic–that includes bacon. Please limit meat consumption to healthfully- and humanely-raised animals and avoid processed forms of meat. And, as always, eat a vegetable-based diet!! Read more here.
