Got Milk?? A New Perspective

Wow–research is finally supporting what we’ve known for some time: that consumption of milk is not the panacea to prevent osteoporosis. If that were true, even empirical evidence would show Americans with the lowest rates of osteoporosis, not some of the highest. Anyway, this article addresses some recent findings. (Please adjust the “Healthy Eating Plate” though to exclude grains and expand vegetables!)
