Chicken Soup DOES Help!

So another instance when research is supporting what great-grandmother already knew:  a component in chicken soup (carnosine) has been shown to improve immunity.  So throw an organic, free-range chicken in your crock-pot, let it cook on low all day, add some veggies and enjoy (OK, so I do fish out the bones before I add the veggies). Delicious and good for keeping those colds at bay!
