Low Blood Pressure–Not So Great

While cardiologists often laud low blood pressures, the problem of adequate perfusion (ability to get blood and hence nutrients) to our organs and tissues. This study reveals that poor mental function is a result of lower blood pressures. It is also associated with toe nail fungus, cold hands and feet, dizziness, headaches, etc. There are many potential underlying causes of low blood pressure from dehydration to adrenal fatigue.
