The use of probiotics may reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. If you are on antibiotics, I recommend using quality probiotics taken AT LEAST 2 hours away from your antibiotic dose. I also recommend that probiotics be used for an additional 30 days after the antibiotic treatment has been completed.
