Vitamin B-complex and EFA’s for Alzheimer’s

Evidence is growing that essential fatty acids (think cod liver oil and fish oil) and B vitamins are beneficial at improving brain function of those suffering with Alzheimer’s. Please eat your sardines, take your cod liver oil or fish oil (I’m not a fan of krill oil as I have not seen it bring up blood levels), and include a B-complex or multivitamin in your supplement regimen.
