I think that I’ve posted this recently, but it certainly bears repeating: drinking soda can shorten your life as much as cigarettes. There is nothing good about the junk ( . . . I mean “ingredients” . . . ) they put sodas. Try a lovely iced tea or hot tea with our Autumn weather upon us. If you have a sweet tooth, try a small amount of pure green powdered stevia in your tea. Drink water with a squeeze of lemon, lime, orange or grapefruit. Or soak berries and fruit in your water and keep refrigerated for a day. In the summer, I especially like cucumber slices in my water–nice and cooling, too.
