Reduce Inflammation–Eat Cruciferous Veggies!!

Recent research is revealing that those who eat the most cruciferous vegetables have lower rates of inflammatory markers. What is a cruciferous veggie?? Broccoli, kale, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage are just a few. Please include these in your diet–I saute kale and broccoli with lemon grass, basil, and mushrooms for breakfast, delicious!! (and I add an egg or small piece of sausage for a little more protein–stay satisfied all morning!!). To your health!!
