Medicine for LIFE: Diet and Lifestyle

In a world pushing medicines at us, we need to remember that we have more control over our health than Big Pharma would like us to know. We need to eat a diet filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, and including healthy fats and meats. We must get moving–walk, run, play sports, bicycle, swim, etc. Sleep is key as are healthy, loving relationships. Hoping you choose a healthy route (it’s easy to get pouty about needing to avoid pastries, chips, and candy–let’s take a walk instead and munch on a crisp apple!!). Read more here.
