“Gluten-Free” Limits are Finally Set

We no longer will need to guess if a product is labelled correctly when it says “gluten-free”. The FDA has finally agreed to limiting “gluten-free” labeling to < 20 ppm. While this is good news, please know that many people react to much lower levels of gluten in their diet. Whole food diets with minimal packaged foods remains my recommendation. Click here.
