Mediterranean Diet vs. Low-Fat Diet

Bottom line: the risk of death from a low fat diet was higher than a diet rich in nuts or olive oil. The results were so overwhelming, the researchers felt it was unethical to continue due to the risks to the low fat diet group. What this means: include healthy fats in your diet.
