Kale–A Tasty Superfood!!

Kale–one of my favorite veggies!  I saute it with other veggies (cabbage, onion, green beans, etc.) and pepitas for breakfast with eggs.  I like to toss it with sesame oil and curry powder then dehydrate it for a crispy snack.  I even add it to salads!  Try it, you’ll like it!!!  Read a recent article here.
