On Our Feet!

Sitting and watching TV shorten our lives!  This report states that sitting less than 3 hours per day lengthens lives by about 2 years.  And watching television less than 2 hours per day lengthens lives by about 1.4 years.  Discover new ways to get on your feet–maybe one of those new “standing” desks for those with office jobs?  And certainly limit screen time.  To your health!!
