The use of quality probiotics and/or probiotic foods can significantly reduce the risk of diarrhea commonly associated with antibiotic use. Bottom line: if you are taking antibiotics for any reason, include foods such as yogurt in your diet. I have a GREAT homemade yogurt recipe in the Recipe section of my News.
