Dr. Oz includes some simple stress relieving ideas in this post. Other favorites of mine:
1. Drinking a cup of tea (Celestial Seasonings “Tension Tamer” is one of my faves)
2. Relaxing my eyes after staring at my computer–look out the window at farthest point possible
3. Stretching my elbows towards my back–hold for 45 seconds to help stretch out those pecs and tone the rhomboids
4. Taking a “jumping jack break” when I’ve got a lot of computer/sitting work to do–get up and do 10 jumping jacks to get the blood flowing (you can look out the window while you do this, too!)
