While small amounts of caffeine have shown potential benefit for conditions such as Alzheimer’s,Parkinson’s, headaches, and depression, too much of a good thing can be harmful. An obvious consequence of too much caffeine is insomnia–but persistent insomnia can then cause fatigue, depression and even suicide.
