Nettles! One of My Favorite Herbs

Here is a great article summarizing some of the health benefits of nettles. I generally recommend brewing about 1 cup nettle leaf to 4 cups water–using a French press is an easy method. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of spearmint or peppermint leaves to change up the flavor. Do be sure to also drink your allotted amount of water, too, though!
