My tips include: 1) Keep yourself surrounded by healthy foods; 2) Be sure to include a healthy fat and/or protein whenever you eat (and lots of veggies, too!); 3) Exercise–it usually makes us start craving healthy foods; and 4) Get adequate sleep! 🙂
