Reusing that Water Bottle?? The Good and The Bad

Adequate hydration is very important–a general rule of thumb is to drink half of your body weight, in ounces (i.e., if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 oz water daily). Check with your doctor if you have kidney conditions or other questions, however. BUT, from what are you drinking that water. My recommendation is to stick with a glass bottle (I use mason jars). If you are hiking, try stainless steel. But I recommend avoiding ALL plastic water bottles. AND, clean your glass or stainless steel bottle daily. Read more here.
