Results are in: findings indicate that children of parents who cook meals at home tend to have healthier diets. I would also add that it is helpful to have the children grocery shop–let them make vegetable and fruit choices, for example–and cook with you, too! Yes, meal preparation may take a little longer at first, but soon you’ll have a sous-chef! The adventure can also promote creation of new recipes. 🙂 Read more here.
