Diet Changes Benefit Depression

What we eat does make a difference in how we feel, and I’m not referring only to stomach-aches! Eating our food intolerances can adversely affect our mood including depression and anxiety. Gluten is notorious for causing depression and anxiety–please try a gluten-free diet for at least 6 weeks and see how you feel.
