Many people are salt sensitive–whether it is impacting their blood pressure, digestion, etc. One way to reduce salt intake is to include herbs and spices in your foods. And an additional benefit is that most of our herbs and spices are healthy for us, too!! Some of my favorites are fresh basil, rosemary and sage.
