Maternal Smoking Linked to THIRD Generation Asthma

Wow! So we know that smoking is bad for us. We know that smoking during pregnancy is bad for the growing baby. We know that second-hand smoke is bad for our children (and anyone else exposed). But now there is evidence that a mother’s nicotine exposure during pregnancy can increase the risk of asthma in her GREAT-grandchildren!  If you are struggling to quit smoking, PLEASE call for an appointment to discuss additional ways of breaking this dangerous habit.
