Healthy Diet in Pregnant Moms Support Healthy Bones in Children

Again, this seems rather obvious, but I do love when research supports what we know clinically, or think we know in general: A healthy diet in pregnant women is associated with improved bone mass and mineral content in their children. So, eat a well-balanced diet with lots of vegetables and healthy protein sources. (Dare I say, “duh” . . . )
